Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit, for COD orders).
Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
